Hello and welcome to Atlas Steakhouse
We are a Mediterranean-style steakhouse located on 943 Coney Island Avenue in the Ditmas Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. Opening our doors in the summer of 2015, we aim to bring an authentic and upscale, New York City steakhouse to Ditmas Park at affordable prices.

The calamari was absolutely the star of the show!! The most delicious I've ever had!! Drinks were also on point....i had an expresso martini that was sooo good and a peach lemon drop martini was also spot on!!! The short ribs was cooked to perfection...fall off the bone good!! My steak however was underwhelming..I asked for medium well and it came out too chewy...next time...yes there will be a next time I'll have it medium rare and see I that makes a difference!!
NadiaThe porterhouse steak is in my opinion spectacular alone. If you want to take it even beyond your taste bud add a bit of truffle butter to it and you will not be able to finish the steak.
Herns&Michelle Pierre-LouisBrooklyn has a new steakhouse, you have got to go. Hard to find with limited signage out front. I ran into something on instagram that lead my wife and I here. Atlas and our server Phil (we love you Phil) did not disappoint. We each started with one of the house special cocktails, Mango Margarita 👍and a Peachtree lemon drop 👍👍before we ordered. Phil recommended a few different starters and we chose his personal favorites the fried calamari which is large enough to share and the grilled prawns. Starters were served by a gentleman Phil called his friend Joe and they were absolutly fantastic.Joe also served us bread hot from the oven, warning to all.. stay away you cant stop at one roll. Oh and the butter Ooh la la Phil said they add dried mint to it. For our entrees Phil insisted that the most flavorfull cuts of dry aged beef that they served that evening were the New York Strip and the T-Bone because of the marbling in both cuts, glad we took his advice and ordered both medium rare. As with most serious steakhouses, the steaks are served solo so be sure to order the creamed spinach and fries. Again Joe brought out our entrees the steaks were juicy and tender. Amazing! Creamed spinach. Amazing! Fries, oh my gosh Amazing! No sauce needed on the steaks but he did offer a couple of sauces made in house. After our meal Joe tried to temp us with an iPad full of wonderful pictures of sweets we were so full. My wife and I were so pleased with not only the food but the team work of the two gentlemen that took care of us. They provided exceptional service and they both seemed more than happy to do it. Id also like to thank the gentlemen at the bar that made our drinks, well done Sir. Sorry I forgot to ask Phil for your name. Thank you Phil we wish you a speedy recovery next week. Thank you Joe, and I hope that if Phil has not recovered when we visit next (very soon) we hope you'll be our server. Will I amAtlas is delicious, I often order delivery from here. It’s also one of my go-to spots when I have a friend or relative in town for our final meal together. It’s set up as fine dining but definitely not, pretentious. As long as you’re not too dressed down (athletic clothes), you’ll be good to go here. They are obviously known for their steak and it’s always amazing. If you order the steak, just know you’ll need get sides separately, but it’s worth every penny. Other entree options are served as a full meal. Oh! And if you’re going to have a drink, go for the lychee martini, it never misses.

Tiffiny Bates-JohnsonWhile visiting the area, we decided to dine at Atlas Steakhouse for a date night. The dining room was absolutely beautiful with decorative flowers and shimmering light fixtures around us. My fiancé’s Old Fashioned was to his liking, and our appetizers of the crab cake and Caesar salad were very good. We also enjoyed the bread with the herb butter that they brought over. While ordering our steaks, we were very surprised to see that they didn’t have sauce options available, like a bernaise for example. When the servers brought our steaks over, we were shocked that they brought a bottle of A1 and a bottle of Jack Daniel’s BBQ sauce as well. We didn’t think we would need it, but I did in fact end up using the A1 with my filet mignon as I felt it needed some additional flavor. Temperature-wise, everything was cooked to our liking. The sautéed spinach on the side was good. We shared a lava cake for dessert, but felt it could’ve been warmed up a bit longer and there was barely any “chocolate lava”. Overall, a nice atmosphere with very professional staff.

Moaz AhmadI had the best time at Atlas. The food is amazing and the drinks are superb!!! Our waiter, Phillip, was attentive and friendly. There was a dj at 9pm and the music was fabulous. I've already made plans to visit again. Atlas is a hidden gem.
Kim ButlerAbsolutely fantastic evening. Oysters were scrumptious, rye Manhattan delightful, filet mignon with creamed spinach perfection, delicious berry cake for dessert. The guitarist Seth put it over the top! Waiter so attentive. We couldn’t leave & ended up having another drink at the bar to listen longer. HIGHLY recommend!

We accept reservations 2 days in advance for parties of 10 or more. Reservations can be made during normal business hours.
“Atlas Steakhouse” is open Monday through Sunday. For groups (of 4 or more), reservations are required. Weekends, reservations are required.
Weekdays, reservations are not needed.
